Don't get it twisted, everybody: I'm really Japanese. I'm not an American hopping onto the manga train, using Japanese slang words because it's suddenly the cool thing to do. I spoke Japanese, and only Japanese, until I was four, when I moved to Cambodia to stay with my grandmother's best friend and spoke predominantly Cambodian. I only new English profanities until I was eight.
So forgive me, guys, if I sometimes lapse into Japanese. I do it often when I get excited, and words get jumbled up in my head.

Also: My best friend, Jade (yes, she is the origin of my screenname), just bought me a new camera, a vintage Voigtländer Vitoret (I hope I spelled that right). To thank her, and to test it out, I snapped a portrait of her. I'll post it today.
